Astha Dugar
Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lies our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.

Educational Background
M.Sc. Clinical Psychology, Certificate in Guidance and Counselling, Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
What is your fondest memory from your time at MUWCI?
Board game nights are my kryptonite. And if anyone tells you I am competitive, I will prove them wrong. (Also my advisory sessions – especially the very first one – hold a special place in my heart.)
What do you love about teaching at MUWCI?
MUWCI isn’t just a school – it’s a kaleidoscope of cultures, ideas, and late-night debates. What I love most is watching students discover themselves, challenge each other, and grow into people who will undoubtedly change the world.
